Do you accept reservations?
Reservations are accepted only when transacted in our branch. Reservations made online and over-the-phone reservations are not accepted.
Do you require deposits for reservations?
A 50% security cash deposit is required for all reservations made on the month of December.
Is there a charge if we bring our own food or drinks?
Yes, all food and drinks brought in the branch are charged with a corresponding corkage fee.
Do you accept provisional booking?
Provisional bookings (Pencil Bookings) are not allowed. Only confirmed bookings are transacted.
Is there a mininimum number of persons per room?
Yes, the small rooms have a minimum of 2 persons and the medium-sized rooms have a minimum of 4 persons
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, all branches can now process credit card transactions. But its best to contact the concerned branch first just to be sure if the service provider is online.
